Influencify LLC ("Influencify," "we," "us," or "our") offers two separate SMS messaging programs to keep you informed about your account and our services:

By checking the appropriate consent checkbox(es) on our website, you agree to receive SMS messages from Influencify LLC at the phone number you provided. Each message type (transactional and marketing) has its own separate checkbox, allowing you to choose which types of messages you wish to receive.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to SMS messaging to use our services or submit an application.

After opting in, you will receive a confirmation message acknowledging your enrollment in the SMS program(s) you selected.

Transactional Messages: Message frequency varies based on your account activity, appointments, and application status. You will receive messages as needed to keep you informed about important account updates.

Marketing Messages: You may receive up to 8 marketing messages per month. Actual frequency may vary based on promotions and offers available.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Influencify LLC does not charge any fees for sending or receiving SMS messages, but your carrier may charge standard messaging rates.

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request.

Opting out of SMS messages does not affect your ability to use our other services or receive communications via email or other channels.

Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and their affiliates.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network and may vary based on your location and signal strength.

Your phone number and SMS consent data are collected solely for the purpose of delivering SMS messages as described in this policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent data with any third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share your information with our SMS service provider solely for the purpose of delivering messages to you. Our SMS service provider is contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for message delivery.

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in our SMS messaging program. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Influencify LLC reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website with a new effective date. Your continued participation in our SMS program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
