Influencify LLC ("Influencify," "we," "us," or "our") offers two separate SMS messaging programs to keep you informed about your account and our services:

Transactional Messages (Non-Marketing)

These messages include appointment reminders, onboarding updates, application status notifications, booking confirmations, follow-up messages, and account alerts. These messages are sent to provide you with important information about your account and services.

Marketing Messages (Promotional)

These messages include special offers, discounts, service updates, and promotions. These messages are designed to inform you about new opportunities and exclusive deals.

2. Consent & Opt-In

By checking the appropriate consent checkbox(es) on our website, you agree to receive SMS messages from Influencify LLC at the phone number you provided. Each message type (transactional and marketing) has its own separate checkbox, allowing you to choose which types of messages you wish to receive.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to SMS messaging to use our services or submit an application.

After opting in, you will receive a confirmation message acknowledging your enrollment in the SMS program(s) you selected.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Influencify LLC does not charge any fees for sending or receiving SMS messages, but your carrier may charge standard messaging rates.

Opting out of SMS messages does not affect your ability to use our other services or receive communications via email or other channels.

Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and their affiliates.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network and may vary based on your location and signal strength.

Your phone number and SMS consent data are collected solely for the purpose of delivering SMS messages as described in this policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent data with any third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share your information with our SMS service provider solely for the purpose of delivering messages to you. Our SMS service provider is contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for message delivery.
